Overcooked! 2 might be the perfect couples game. The controls are simple enough that almost anyone can jump in, but somehow cooking cartoon food turns into shouting, panic and very real teamwork within minutes. It's especially fun when you've literally just made dinner together — and it's one of those simple co-op ideas that works because the teamwork part is basically perfect.
